Press riveting process: the principle is to press the embossed teeth into the preset hole position of the sheet metal. Generally speaking, the hole diameter of the preset hole is slightly smaller than the embossed teeth of the press riveting nut. The embossed teeth of the press riveting nut are squeezed into the plate through pressure, resulting in plastic deformation around the hole and the deformed objects are squeezed into the guide groove, resulting in locking effect.
